FAQs
Who can report a member? You can report someone directly from the Challenge view, and so can any member through chat or content they see. TYB admins can also report or act on a member platform-wide.
What happens after I submit a report? Your report is logged and tracked across every brand community that member is part of, not just yours. If a member accumulates enough confirmed reports, our system automatically issues a warning, and continued reports after that can lead to the member being blocked platform-wide.
Can I see reports that other brands have filed against a member? No, you can only see reports you've personally submitted. TYB admins have visibility across all brands.
Can I block someone from just my community, or does it always affect the whole platform? Blocking a member from your own community removes them from your brand specifically. A platform-wide block only happens automatically based on accumulated reports, or through TYB directly.
What if a warning or block seems like a mistake? The member can appeal by emailing help@tyb.xyz, and our support team reviews it case by case. Reach out to your account manager if you want to flag a case for review as well.
