This can include preferences, interests, membership details, and more—all provided voluntarily to create a more tailored experience. TYB captures this data to build detailed member profiles that serve as a single source of truth for your community.

Accessing and Downloading Member Profiles

You can access your member data at any time by clicking into “Members” in Brand Admin. From there, you can filter and sort, and export the full table, or just a selection.

Our member profiles are designed to integrate directly with Klaviyo, ensuring that every detail of your members’ self-reported data is available for advanced segmentation and personalized marketing efforts.
