College Ambassador Role
Want to plug into College Campuses across the country? Invite your community to apply to be College Ambassadors for your brand. This guide walks you through how to source, select, and activate College Ambassadors.
Step 1: Set Up a College Ambassador Role
Start by requesting a custom Role from your Account Manager (e.g., “College Ambassador”). This Role will let you create gated challenges exclusively for approved creators.
Step 2: Publish a College Ambassador Application Using Series
Invite your community to apply for your college ambassador program through a Series. You’ll gather key info, vet applicants, and reward those selected.
Follow this Series Setup Guide! Make sure that in your Series, your Base Reward is a placeholder Role, College Ambassador Applicants and that your Bonus Reward is your College Ambassador Role.
Suggested Series Challenges:
- Share your social handles
- Tell us what University you go to
- Tell us your graduation year
- Why do you want to be a campus ambassador?
- Share an idea you have for an event on your campus!
- Confirm you're open to posting about the brand and tagging us
Step 3: Select & Reward Your Top Applicants
Congrats! You’ve completed steps to launch your Application Series - but what’s next? In Engagement —> Series, click view to see your submissions. Click Export from the completions tab to download all responses.
Review all submissions and select best fits for your College Ambassador program!
For adding 5-10 users to a role, click the star in the Bonus column of submissions from Brand Admin - “Extra reward sent” will pop up in the bottom left corner as confirmation.
For adding users to a Role in bulk, reach out to your account Manager!
Step 4: Gate College Ambassador-Only Challenges
With your College Ambassador group in place, launch gated Challenges just for them to generate UGC, campus events & feedback.
Suggested Engagement:
- Host a virtual event for College Ambassadors welcoming them to the program and educating them on the brand
- Send select Ambassadors product to host a small event on their campus such as setting up a TYB booth for their club, team, or sorority
- Create challenges + products curated to college events such as game day, rush, homecoming
