Overview of Exported Files
Review and re-download any files or media you have exported across the Brand Admin. This includes member information and content from Challenges.
How to Navigate Exported Files
To find your export history from TYB, you will navigate to Settings > Exported files. Here, you can find:
- CVS File Exports: Review the export history of your CSV files, including:
- Table: The source of the export in TYB
- Status: Whether the export was completed
- Total: How many rows were included
- Columns: Which columns were included
- Created by: Which team member ran the export
- Created at: When the export was run
- Download: A copy of the file
- Content downloads: Review the export history of content downloads including:
- Name: The source of the export in TYB
- Status: Whether the export was completed
- Type: The type of Challenge/content downloaded
- Created by: Which team member ran the export
- Created at: When the export was run
- Expires at: When the export will expire
- Download: A copy of the file
