The TYB Leaderboard is a powerful tool to incentivize engagement and reward your most active members. Coins earned from posting obsessions throughout the week contribute to Leaderboard rankings, with top members automatically unlocking exclusive bonuses.
How It Works
Earning Leaderboard Points
Members earn leaderboard points based their obsessions posted each week.
- This keeps things fair, rewards authentic content, and ensures the top spots go to those fueling the feed with creativity. Start posting Obsessions so you have a chance to earn your way to the top!
Leaderboard Reset Cycle
- The leaderboard operates on a weekly cycle, resetting every Sunday at 11:59 PM PST.
- Members’ earnings and rankings refresh, creating new opportunities to climb the board.
Automated Bonuses
- At the end of each cycle, the top-ranking members receive automatic bonus coin rewards.
- The exact coin bonuses can be customized in your admin settings.
How to Access and Configure the Leaderboard
- Go to the Membership > Members > Leaderboard section in the TYB Brand Admin.
- Toggle on “Customize automated reward”, to select bonus coin rewards and number of top winners.
Troubleshooting & Common Issues
- Leaderboard points not updating? Ensure transactions and engagement activities are properly synced in your admin panel.
- Members not receiving bonuses? Check if the leaderboard reset has occurred and if rewards are configured correctly.
- Leaderboard visibility issues? Ensure it is enabled in your settings and visible to community members.
