🛠️ WHAT’S SHIPPED
🛍️ TYB Shop Update: Early Access is Live Your TYB shop is now live in Brand Admin and you have all week to get it looking exactly right before customers see it! Until June 8th, everything is in sandbox mode: explore your collections, review your inventory, and hide anything you don't want on display. On Monday June 8th, we flip the switch for consumers.
ACTION REQUIRED: make sure your Shopify permissions are updated so inventory syncs properly on launch day.
- Open Shopify: Click the button below to go straight to your dashboard.
- Navigate: Go to Apps ➔ TYB ➔ click Setup.
- Accept Scopes: Review the new permissions pop-up and click Update.
- Finish: Head back to your TYB Brand Admin page and click the Refresh Inventory button in the TYB Shop Page under Sales
📦 Loyalty Migration: Move Your Members Over With Ease You can now migrate members from a legacy loyalty program directly into TYB landing each person at the right tier, with their coins intact.
Upload a CSV with each member's email, points, and target TYB Level. Existing TYB members are placed automatically; people not yet on TYB get an invite and land at the correct Level when they join. Reach out to brandsupport@tyb.xyz if you’re interested in setting this up!
