What is TYB Shop?

TYB Shop is a seamless extension of your Shopify storefront that allows your most engaged community members to access your product catalog in addition to exclusive products, perks, and early releases — right from the TYB app. Every transaction flows through Shopify, making fulfillment and inventory management effortless.

With TYB Shop, brands can:

List full collections for easy browsing and seamless purchasing

Feature best-selling products that resonate with your top customers

Offer exclusive products only available to TYB members

How to Use TYB Shop

TYB Shop transforms traditional e-commerce into a community-driven experience, giving members a direct way to engage with your brand while unlocking rewards. Deepen engagement by rewarding your most loyal customers — whether it’s through early access, exclusive bundles, or gamified redemptions, TYB Shop transforms shopping into a loyalty-driven experience.

Some strategies your brand can implement through TYB Shop include:

1. Drive Product and Collection Awareness

Use TYB Shop to display your full product catalog and highlight specific collections. For example, display your “New Arrivals” and “Best Sellers” collection to bring attention to both new and hero SKUs, or seasonal collections for timely opportunities.

2. Create Community-Exclusive Bundles and Merch

What better way to reward your community than through exclusive perks? Create custom product bundles just for your TYB community, or launch merch that only your TYB members can purchase.

3. Give Members Early Access to New Product Launches

Treat your TYB Shop as way to truly reward your community and dedicated brand fans. Give your members access to product drops before the public as a true community perk. Before launch, be sure to build anticipation ahead of the drop by:

Teasing the product in TYB via Challenges and your owned channels

Use TYB’s Gifting feature to select a product from your TYB Shop catalog to send to your members you’ve segmented into Roles.
